Audiologist

Dr. Taylor Halberg graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders, and she completed her Doctor of Audiology at the University of South Alabama. Born and raised in metro-Atlanta, Dr. Halberg returned to Georgia in 2024 to complete her externship and has been practicing in Athens since 2025.  Dr. Halberg has experience in all audiological services, though she has a special interest in adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations, electrophysiologic testing, and working with implantable devices such as cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing aids. She prioritizes patient education related to diagnoses and optimal success with follow-up care. She currently holds certification in audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
