"Wow! Just got out and literally I didn’t know it was possible to hear as much as I can now. I’m hearing insects and birds and sounds I wasn’t even aware of!! I came in not being able to hear out of my left ear for months. I was worried it was infected. But the doctor who saw me, Sarah Bailey, did SUCH an amazing job assessing the problem and educating me! She cleaned out my ear and I went from ZERO hearing to I can hear a fly flap its wings way over there (hyperbole but captures the point). She taught me not to use q tips to clean the ears but to use hydrogen peroxide instead. She gave me tips on how to clean out my sinuses with saline solution whenever my nose gets clogged. She told funny jokes during the process. I swear it was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Hardly any discomfort and well worth the little bit that there was! After the cleaning I realized how loud I was talking lol. I’ve been talking so loud for so long now. Poor people that have had to hear me. Well ENT Athens and Sarah Bailey changed all that today. I’m just literally baffled with how much better I can hear now. Definitely recommended!"

"This is a long time coming , as I lost my paperwork... until just now. I gave my word that I would write a wonderful review of the services I received... May 7th 2025 , I had something lodged in my left tonsil that had become swollen... I tried to stay.calm and began looking for a place that deals with such as I had . Not knowing what I had in my tonsil , but someone out there ( in a ear , nose and throat would. ) . So I made the call. I went in and was taken care of immediately by a sweet young lady named Maria , she helped so much getting me acquainted. Then I was called back to where I met a wonderful Pa named HALEY PEEPLES . She calmed my fears , and had me laughing even before the procedures began... I left better than when I arrived..this place was by far the easiest and best Ear , Nose , And Throat I had ever encountered... I would and will Highly recommend...thanks guys ."

"3-11-26 Just saw Dr Murphy for extreme pain in my face. This has been going on for two weeks. I am so impressed with his manners, patience, and ability to calm the patient in extreme circumstances. I became emotionally upset after my diagnosis. He was able to calm me, reach my caregiver, and spoke with my daughter. He’s seeking treatment for me. I cannot speak highly enough of him.
