Additionally, Dr. Norris is the lead preceptor and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the MCG\/UGA Medical Partnership in the Department of Otolaryngology.&nbsp;Dr. Norris&nbsp;is originally from Barnesville, Georgia and graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in Biomedical Engineering from Mercer University.
